The staff was super friendly and accommodating. We were in a good location, close to a scientific museum. The hotel was located in a very pleasant area close to the airport, Old Town, and restaurants.

The entire staff was very friendly and helpful. We stayed at the hotel twice during our New Mexico trip mainly due to that.I Had stayed there with my daughter two years ago and returned because of good memories. The shuttle service was a real plus. The food in the restaurant was good and reasonably priced. We enjoyed the pool. Nice people from all over the world. Nice furnishings in New Mexican style.

The queen room had a modern design and plenty of storage for guests' belongings. The location was fantastic, close to the on-site restaurant, historic downtown area, and Botanical Gardens.

In the bathroom you could overhear pretty well your next-door neighbour's batchroom chat. Be careful about which side of the building you choose. The side looking at the highway is relatively noisy. The other side is okay.
